Dear Arkansas Law Enforcement Professionals,

Welcome to the ARPBA web site. The purpose of our site is to inform and educate all law enforcement and correctional officers in our great state about the many be
nefits and services they are offered through the PBA. We also strive to educate the general public on the issues that we in the law enforcement profession face each and every day. I hope you will take the time to view our web site and learn about the benefits that membership offers.

Over the past few years the ARPBA has grown so much. I hope that through your help and education we can increase our numbers much more over the next few years. I hope that each one of you will see the importance of our numbers. The more members we have the stronger voice we have with our politicians. Having them listen and support our community is the only way we can get better benefits for ourselves and our families. I encourage all of you to become active in your local chapters and at the state level. If you don’t get involved and help make change, you can’t complain about things!

As a professional law enforcement association, we are involved in the electoral process at all levels. We strive to protect our members from unjust and frivolous actions arising from their official duties and strive to make positive change in employment benefits and work environment through political action.

As the new ARPBA President, my goals are to get all the chapters up and running, have all AR chapters in compliance with the SSPBA by-laws and constitution, grow our membership and help make positive steps in getting better benefits for ALL law enforcement in our state.

I am proud to be associated with such a prestigious and honorable organization. I challenge every officer in this state to become a part of it. If you look at all the advantages you will have to agree that by becoming a member and getting involved, we will all benefit.

I look forward to serving you as your President. I would also like to give a special thank you to our past president Robert Henderson for all the work he did getting us to where we are today. Please do not hesitate to contact me whenever I can be of assistance.

Sincerely,

Samuel P. Keller
President
